Amanda
Amanda joined Western Shore Veterinary Hospital in April of 2025, and has been working as a Veterinary Assistant since 2019. She received her bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Goucher College, and her experience within the veterinary field involves shelter care, small animal general practice, zoo, and marine wildlife rescue and rehabilitation. She is Fear Free Certified, and her veterinary niche is dentistry!
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys Pilates, going to concerts/sporting events, and spending time with her two Long-Haired Dachshunds – Brees and Reed – whose names come from her family’s favorite football teams!
